or stand mixer

mix this together first
mix mix mix
dry ingredients
mix until smooth

in 55-60 min
let cool for a few
minutes in the pan
make glaze
(say hi to Bella!)
butter
water
sugar
remove from heat
stir in rum.
invert cake
prick with a fork
add some glaze
let cake soak up glaze
then add a little more glaze
you don't have to use
all of the glaze
if you don't feel like it!
