HI! Let's make chicken chili together.
I'm using chicken thighs
or you can use chicken breasts
add in the beans, diced
sweet potato, diced green chilis, cumin,
white chicken chili seasoning, tomatillo salsa
adding in garlic, chicken broth,
salt and pepper.
stir it all up!
cook on high 4 hours or low 6 hours
remove chicken thighs and shred them
i shred using 2 forks
add back into crockpot
i like to top with avocado
sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
freeze or enjoy throughout the week! enjoy!
